Sometimes a coaching process is focussed on giving the coachee's career a new direction. Questions that are frequently asked are for instance: What could be the appropriate next career step for me? Where do I see myself in the long term? How do I get from my current position – e.g. as Vice President Supply Chain Management – to a general manager position? Should I give my career a completely new direction and try something entirely different?

In a case like this, my clients wish an assessment and an evaluation of their potential as basis for further decisions. I provide them with a detailed potential analysis, based on reputable personality inventories and an elaborate biographic interview.
